Based on the popular British skit comedy "Mr. Bean", this animated cartoon follows the adventures of everyone's favourite bumbler. The title character, voiced by Rowan Atkinson, lives in his flat with the lovable Teddy, where he makes moronic decisions yet brilliantly solves them. However, he also needs to outwit his evil landlady Mrs. Wicket and her horrible one-eyed cat Scrapper.

Teddy gets kidnapped by a duo of burglars who stole every teddy bear across London. To save him, Mr. Bean tracks down and thwarts the burglars, retrieves Teddy and returns the rest of the teddy bears to their owners.
Mr. Bean wants to watch the film Titanic, but he has serious difficulties finding a parking space. Bean eventually parks his Mini, but upon arriving at the cinema, the film is already in its conclusion, disgruntling him.
While driving along, Bean spots an archaeological dig site and stops to take some photos. When Bean eventually gets kicked out, he builds a metal detector and sets off to find some treasures of his own.
Because he fails to pay a street mime in the park, the mime follows Mr. Bean when he's not looking and breaks Mrs. Wicket's water statue. Eventually, Bean out-mimes him, kidnaps the man disguising as a silver statue and uses him to replace the broken water statue.
Noticing the disastrous state of his house, Mr. Bean checks the calendar and decides it's time to do some spring cleaning and tidy up the place.
On Teddy's birthday, Mr. Bean decides to invite his girlfriend Irma Gobb to Teddy's birthday party at night. However, Irma becomes unhappy and uncomfortable at the party due to Bean's unfair play. When it's 9:00 pm, Bean shows Irma the fireworks display and she feels better.
Mrs. Wicket's croquet game is interrupted by an offending mole. Mr. Bean tries to get rid of it but keeps on failing until he finally manages to capture it. Mrs. Wicket orders Bean to kill it with a croquet hammer but Bean, having mercy not to kill it, puts it in a jar and releases it in the wild.
Workers dig up the street out front of Bean's house making lots of noise, and making the furniture bounce around. Bean tries to quiet them down.
Bean's sofa falls apart and he goes to the store to buy a new one but it costs more than he can afford. Bean holds a yard sale to try and make some money.
Mr. Bean finds a box containing loads of puzzles pieces. He puts the pieces together but there is one missing. Meanwhile, Mr. Bean also tries to find treasure with a map he finds.
Mrs. Wicket finally throws Mr. Bean out and he needs a new home. Mr. Bean finds a newspaper with loads of houses to choose from. Will he ever find the perfect home?
Mr.Bean gets inspired by Mrs Wicket's injury that he fakes one just to have a luxurious stay at the hospital, but things don't turn out the way he expected
Mr Bean has to decorate the corridor with new wallpaper and Scrapper gets in the way as usual. When Scrapper gets carried off somewhere due to Bean's fury, he has to find a replacement Cat before Mrs Wicket gets back.
Mr.Bean invented home-made shopping cart in order to go shopping for Mrs. Wicket and himself and avoiding the mall manager at the same time.
Mr. Bean saves an injured magpie from a tree and cares for it at his house. But the magpie flies away though and steals valuables!

An inventor comes to the house who upstages Mr. Bean and amazes Mrs. Wicket. Mr. Bean has some dastardly tricks up his sleeve though.
Mr Bean breaks his favourite cup with a picture of the Queen on it, his search for a new one eventually leads him to Buckingham Palace.
